Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 September 2026

Welcome to Frog Lane. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website, froglane.co.uk, and to any orders you place with us.

By placing an order with Frog Lane, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. About Frog Lane

Frog Lane is an online retailer selling bedding and related home products.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, "Frog Lane", "we", "us" and "our" mean Frog Lane.

"You" and "your" mean the person placing an order with us.

Our contact details can be found on our Contact page.

2. Our Products

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information, descriptions, photographs, colours and sizes shown on our website are accurate.

Please be aware that colours may appear slightly different on different screens and devices.

All products are subject to availability.

Where a product is available for pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

We reserve the right to correct any obvious errors in product descriptions, prices or other information displayed on our website.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).

The price you pay will be the price displayed on our website at the time you place your order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order will be accepted when we confirm acceptance of your order or dispatch the products to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example:

  • the product is unavailable;

  • there is an obvious error in the product description or price;

  • we are unable to fulfil the order; or

  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

5. Pre-Orders

From time to time, Frog Lane may offer selected products for pre-order.

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before the stock has arrived with Frog Lane.

Any product available for pre-order will be clearly identified as a pre-order on the product page.

Pre-Order Delivery

Pre-order products are not immediately available for dispatch.

We will arrange for the pre-order stock to be delivered to Frog Lane from our supplier.

Once the pre-order stock has arrived with us, we aim to dispatch your order within 10 days.

The 10-day dispatch period begins once the relevant pre-order stock has been received by Frog Lane.

Any estimated arrival date shown on our website is provided as a guide and may be subject to change due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, manufacturing delays or delivery delays.

If there is a significant change to the expected availability of your pre-order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the contact details provided when you placed your order.

Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

If you purchase a pre-order item together with an item that is already in stock, we will hold the entire order and dispatch the items together once the pre-order item becomes available.

If you would prefer your in-stock items to be dispatched separately, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where your order has not yet been dispatched, we will consider your cancellation request in accordance with your legal rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

6. Payment

Payment must be made at the time you place your order unless otherwise stated.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment information is processed securely through our payment providers. Frog Lane does not have access to your full payment card details.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the delivery timeframe stated on our website or in your order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery service used and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where this is available.

If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

If a delivery date or timeframe has been specifically agreed with you, your statutory rights will apply if we fail to meet the agreed requirements.

8. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer purchasing goods online, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must let us know within the applicable cancellation period.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where an applicable legal exception applies. If an exception applies to a particular product, this will be made clear where appropriate.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

Please see our Refund Policy for further information about cancellations, returns and refunds.

9. Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you may have a legal right to return the item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returned items should be sent back in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Where you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we have agreed otherwise or the law requires us to cover the cost.

Items should be returned in an appropriate condition.

Where permitted by law, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because they have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

Products supplied by Frog Lane must meet the requirements of UK consumer law, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

If you receive an item that is:

  • faulty;

  • damaged;

  • incorrect; or

  • not as described,

please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide details of the issue.

We may ask you to provide photographs or other information to help us understand and resolve the problem.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may provide a replacement, repair, refund or another appropriate remedy.

We will not ask you to give up any statutory rights you have under UK law.

11. Product Care

Where care instructions are supplied with a product, we recommend that you follow them carefully.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by failing to follow the manufacturer's care instructions or by inappropriate use of a product.

This does not affect your statutory rights where the product itself is faulty or defective.

12. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or completely free from errors.

We may update, change or remove website content, products or services from time to time.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

14. Our Responsibility

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any responsibility that we cannot legally limit or exclude.

In particular, nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your legal rights relating to faulty, defective or incorrectly described goods, or our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Subject to your statutory rights, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that are outside our reasonable control.

15. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Sometimes circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect our ability to fulfil an order.

These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

  • supplier delays;

  • manufacturing delays;

  • courier or postal delays;

  • severe weather;

  • fire;

  • flooding;

  • power or internet outages; or

  • other events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

16. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

When you place an order with Frog Lane, your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The Terms & Conditions that apply to your order will be the version that was in place when you placed your order.

Changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are legally required to make the change.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you will also benefit from any mandatory rights and protections available to you under the law that applies to you.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions prevents you from exercising any statutory rights available to you.
